Nathaniel believes in fighting hard for his clients, and understands what it takes to navigate the often long and winding road to resolving a case. His results on behalf of his clients are consistently excellent, having successfully obtained millions of dollars in settlements and judgments for his clients. He has also obtained favorable settlements or dismissals on behalf of individuals and small businesses he has represented as Defendants in civil litigation. Having substantial experience representing not just Plaintiffs but also Defendants in civil litigation strengthens Nathaniel's analytical and dialectical abilities in handling cases for his clients. To fairly evaluate a case, Nathaniel believes in seeing the arguments, strengths and weaknesses from both the Plaintiff's perspective and the Defendant's perspective. Nathaniel is a native of Fair Oaks, a Sacramento suburb. Immediately after graduating from Del Campo High School, Nathaniel obtained a B.S. degree in Psychology in 1998, and immediately continued his education at U.O.P. McGeorge School of Law, graduating with honors.
